1428 Brickell
About 1428 Brickell
Residential project by Ytech, with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel). It puts privacy first, with amenities reserved for residents and their guests. A 70-story tower of two- to four-bedroom-plus-den homes from 1,800 to 4,000 sq ft, all facing east to Biscayne Bay. The developer calls it the world's first residential high-rise powered in part by the sun, with 500 photovoltaic windows.
About 80,000 sq ft of amenities: an all-ages pool, endless pool, cabanas, cinema and kids club on level 8; a 66th-floor wellness club with a Technogym gym, spa, golf simulator and yoga terrace; a two-story owners club on level 67 with private dining and a wine cellar; and a rooftop observatory on level 70. Also a dog park with pet spa and 24-hour valet.
Every purchase begins with a conversation.
