Website activity of registered visitors

While you are registered, we record the properties you view and when you return to the Service, and we add this activity to your contact record so that your advisor can follow up with listings that match what you are looking for.

When you send us a form, we also record your approximate location (city, region and country, estimated from your internet connection; we do not store your IP address) and, if you arrived from one of our ads, the ad's click identifier, campaign and search keyword. Your browser keeps the ad details for up to 90 days so a form you send later is still matched to the ad. We use this to know where our clients come from and which advertising works.

You can stop this at any time by clearing your browser's site data for morajinvestments.com, or by asking us to delete your information (see “Removal and modification of your information” below).

Text messages and WhatsApp

• We use SMS and WhatsApp to reply to your inquiries, send you property information and listings that match what you are looking for, confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify you of schedule updates or important changes.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. On WhatsApp, reply “STOP” or block our number at any time.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at luz@morajinvestments.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
• Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

• Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where your contact details and website activity are stored
• Netlify, which hosts this website and processes the forms you submit
• Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), to measure visits and the results of our advertising
• Meta (WhatsApp Business and Facebook/Instagram advertising)
• Providers of maps, fonts and website code (such as OpenStreetMap and Google Fonts), which receive your IP address when their content loads in your browser

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Log data

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”).
