SMS and WhatsApp consent

These terms describe the text message (SMS/MMS) and WhatsApp program of Mora J Investments LLC (“we”, “us”), the team of Luz Mora, a real estate agent affiliated with Doral Real Estate Center.

How you opt in

You join the program by checking the consent box on a form on morajinvestments.com, or by messaging us first at +1 (561) 542-6687. The consent box reads:

“I agree to receive calls, texts and WhatsApp messages from Mora J Investments LLC about real estate, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Consent is optional. You can still send us a form, and we will reply by email.

What we send

• Replies to your questions and requests
• Property information, prices, floor plans and new listings that match what you asked for
• Appointment confirmations, reminders and schedule changes
• Occasional follow-ups about your search

Messages come from +1 (561) 542-6687. Message frequency varies with your requests, typically a few messages per week while you are actively searching.

How to stop

• Text STOP to stop text messages. We will send one message to confirm, and then no more texts. To join again, sign up as you did the first time or text START.
• On WhatsApp, reply STOP or block our number at any time.
• Text HELP for help, or email luz@morajinvestments.com.

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Ask your wireless provider about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
