About Mercedes-Benz Places Miami

Mercedes-Benz's first residential project in North America, developed by JDS Development Group, with architecture by SHoP Architects (with ODP), interiors by Woods Bagot and landscaping by Field Operations. Two towers (South and North) combine studio to three-bedroom residences with offices, a hotel and the rebuilt Southside Park, linked to The Underline.

More than 130,000 sq ft of amenities: a residents' rooftop pool, sun and garden pools, two restaurants, a cafe, a Mercedes-Benz race car simulator, screening room, recording studio, co-working and library, kids' room, a chef's kitchen with private dining, Mercedes-Benz house cars, and wellness with saunas, an onsen circuit, a Himalayan salt room and a fitness center. Southside Park adds padel and basketball courts, a dog run and a playground.
